Role Overview
Zycus is hiring Product Technical Analysts to join the US Delivery Team. In this role, you will support customers in the US region, act as an SME for the Procurement Performance & Spend Analytics application, and help deliver exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Zycus Source-to-Pay procurement applications.
- Act as the first point of contact on the support desk for queries via email/chat/call.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Contribute to best practices, knowledge sharing, and process automation.
- Work on configuration, incident management tools, and MS Excel.
- Provide technical understanding and demonstrate Zycus solutions based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in CS/IT/Mechanical/Chemical/Electronics.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
