Role Overview
As an Advanced Data Science Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and problem-solving expertise to design and deliver data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within ZS’s Insights & Analytics group, you will partner with clients and internal teams to develop impactful solutions that drive better decision-making and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Develop advanced, efficient, and statistically sound algorithms to address high-dimensional challenges.
- Apply data mining, hypothesis testing, and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Visualize and communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging datasets, technologies, and analytical methods.
- Collaborate across teams to design and implement scalable analytical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong academic background with emphasis on analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of big data concepts, advanced analytics, and algorithms (e.g., predictive modeling, recommender systems, text mining, social listening).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Java).
- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop ecosystem), cloud services (AWS), or database systems.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
