Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer I to join our Cloud Engineering team. In this role, you’ll support cloud monitoring, incident escalation, and performance troubleshooting while collaborating across departments to ensure system reliability and uptime. If you’re passionate about cloud operations and want to grow with a forward-thinking tech leader, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cloud dashboards and alerts, ensuring proactive issue detection.
- Troubleshoot and escalate incidents to maintain SLA commitments.
- Document and report troubleshooting steps through the case management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve cloud incidents efficiently.
- Contribute to 24×7 support operations, including night and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
- 1+ years of relevant experience (freshers with strong cloud fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, and databases.
- Familiarity with Python, HTML, SQL, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Event Management).
- Entry-level certifications from AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus.
