Why We’re Hiring
We are expanding our Record to Report (RTR) team to manage end-to-end General Ledger (GL) activities, address client queries, and support monthly/annual reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare year-end financial statements, notes to accounts, schedules, and audit reports as per revised Schedule III.
- Coordinate with auditors during interim and year-end audits.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and management reports.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide insights to leadership.
- Handle all GL-related queries via calls and emails (OPCO teams, inter-departments, agencies, regions).
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain accurate financial records.
What You Need
- Commerce graduate (BCom/MCom)
- 0–1 year experience in GL Accounting / RTR
- Fresh graduates with minimum 70% in final year are welcomed
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred
