About the Role
Wolters Kluwer is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support end-to-end operations, logistics, supply chain functions, and production activities. In this role, you will contribute directly to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams while strengthening your analytical and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders and support end-to-end order management.
- Assist with inbound/outbound logistics and transportation coordination.
- Track, optimize, and analyze inventory levels to support demand planning.
- Handle warehousing tasks including packaging, storage, and fulfillment.
- Support basic procurement, sourcing, and supplier management activities.
- Ensure adherence to operational quality standards and compliance.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate production schedules and release processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of order processing and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and supply chain workflows.
- Ability to perform data analysis to support planning and optimization tasks.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supplier interactions.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while receiving moderate guidance.
