About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our AIOps team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for developers passionate about scalable backend systems, AI integrations, and automation in DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Work with frameworks such as Django and Flask to build robust backend systems.
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications for seamless performance.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Implement security measures and data protection best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design add-ons for AIOps tool integrations.
- Contribute to GenAI use case design, including prompt creation, API integration, and DevOps pipeline connectivity.
- Monitor and optimize software deployment, ensuring error-free CI/CD implementation and on-time reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Python with experience in Django or Flask frameworks.
- Strong understanding of multi-process architecture and threading limitations in Python.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5).
- Proven problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AIOps or automation workflows is a plus.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards.
- Deliver accurate MIS reports and ensure timely project updates.
