Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA ≥ 6.0 as per university norms
- Degrees Accepted: B.E./B.Tech (All CS/IT and Circuital branches) or ME/M.Tech (5-year Integrated courses)
- Year of Passing: 2025
- Open school/distance education allowed for 10th & 12th only
Other Requirements:
- Max 3 years of education gap allowed (before graduation)
- No gaps allowed during graduation
- Indian Citizens/PIO/OCI eligible (Special rules for Bhutan/Nepal nationals)
- Age: 18+ years at the time of registration
Selection Process
1st Round – Online Assessment
- Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English Verbal Ability
- Written Communication Test: Essay writing
- Programming Test: 2 coding problems in Java, C, C++, or Python
2nd Round – Voice Assessment
3rd Round – Business Discussion
Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training and the final offer letter.
Service Agreement
- 12 months post-joining
- Bond amount: INR 75,000 (pro-rata basis)
