About the Role:
V4C.ai is inviting passionate and analytical fresh graduates to kickstart their careers as Associate Data Scientists within our Astros division. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to explore the world of data science, machine learning, and AI-driven analytics while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing for model training.
- Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights in Astros projects.
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists and analysts to enhance project outcomes.
- Participate in workshops and training to strengthen technical skills.
- Document findings and present analytical insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical modeling.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office for initial 3–6 months (Hybrid work post-training).
