Role Overview
In this role, you will support and lead critical business office operations related to:
- Resource Planning & Staffing Modeling
- Network Operations Control (NOC) Facilities
- Control Audits & Employee Dependability
- Operational data reporting and ad-hoc support for stations
- Forecasting tools, trends analysis, and model performance improvement
This role is ideal for analytical thinkers eager to contribute to operational excellence across Airport Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Business Office activities across resource planning, staffing, modeling, and dependability.
- Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards.
- Build, improve, and maintain forecasting and staffing models.
- Analyze workforce utilization, trends, overtime, and shift coverage.
- Drive continuous process improvement through data insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with frontline and executive-level stakeholders.
- Support risk mitigation and operational continuity across stations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates eligible)
- Ability to develop machine learning models
- Scripting experience in Python
- Knowledge in Staffing Resources, Forecast Modeling, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
