Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled Data Scientists and Analysts proficient in Python to join our dynamic AI research and engineering team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leading US-based AI companies to develop, test, and refine cutting-edge AI models. You’ll apply your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation to accelerate AI innovation across diverse applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality Python code for AI model training and evaluation.
- Conduct evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze AI responses for accuracy, coherence, and technical relevance.
- Lead Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers and annotators to enhance AI reward models.
- Create comprehensive documentation, datasets, and evaluation reports.
- Integrate new AI tools and methodologies to enhance model performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Python, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Analytical mindset with a strong business sense and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for AI innovation and continuous learning.
