Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled Data Scientists and Analysts proficient in Python to join our dynamic team pushing the boundaries of AI. This role involves building, evaluating, and refining AI models, analyzing large datasets, and developing intelligent solutions that shape the future of AI technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain high-quality Python code to train and optimize AI models.
- Conduct evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance.
- Perform data analysis and derive insights from datasets such as Kaggle, UN, and US Government sources.
- Lead Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) initiatives.
- Collaborate with researchers to improve AI model accuracy and reasoning.
- Document, peer review, and continuously enhance AI processes.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python, data analysis, and AI/ML model evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
