About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Analyst – Global Delivery to join our Chennai team. This role supports client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and analytical data requests by delivering high-quality transactional, batch, and self-serve solutions.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure data accuracy, efficient delivery, and service excellence in every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end service excellence for Batch Order Fulfilment.
- Perform pre-validations and collaborate with Sales and Engagement teams to meet client requirements.
- Process and validate large data sets using Ab Initio on UNIX platforms.
- Review and process client requests using internal tools to ensure quality outcomes.
- Ensure accurate data cleansing, validation, and extraction for high match rates.
- Adhere to documented processes and KPI performance metrics.
- Manage queries and client communications effectively.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience with strong academic performance.
- High attention to detail and passion for service excellence.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work in US timings.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with credit bureau services.
- Experience with Ab Initio, UNIX, SQL, or Autosys.
