Role Overview
As a Network Engineer, you’ll join our Global Networks team to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our trading network. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless connectivity across production, office, and data center environments while supporting global market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot global network issues.
- Support production, office, and end-user networking environments.
- Implement network changes, upgrades, and migrations.
- Assist with market connectivity testing and data center operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure enhancements.
- Participate in on-call rotations for network support.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting networks.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Familiarity with Arista EOS and Cisco NX-OS/IOS.
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MSDP, and PIM routing protocols.
- Exposure to VPN configuration, Unix/Linux, and multicast networking.
- Basic Python scripting skills (preferred).
- CCNA/CCNP certifications (preferred).
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
