About the Role
Thomson Reuters is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Commercial Engineering Team in Bengaluru. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design, prototype, test, and enhance innovative commercial systems and applications.
You’ll play a key role in business analysis, project management, product strategy, and process improvement, contributing to the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions that drive performance and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define information system scope and objectives through detailed research and analysis.
- Translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.
- Conduct complex data analysis and communicate actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow and system performance.
- Ensure system quality through testing, validation, and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SQL and QA testing preferred.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
