As a new hire, you’ll be part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) – a professional and technical training initiative designed to fast-track your career success. From day one, you’ll get hands-on experience in software architecture design, embedded software development, debugging tools, and real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded software and development tools for TI products.
  • Write efficient C/C++ code and leverage assembly language for chip-level programming.
  • Collaborate with system architects, applications engineers, and business partners to solve real-world problems.
  • Gain experience in:
    • Software development lifecycle & best practices.
    • Real-time embedded systems design & debugging.
    • TI device architecture, SDKs, and open-source software licensing.
    • Customer engagement, training, and technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 6.0/10.0 or higher.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++.
  • Familiarity with assembly language programming.
  • Understanding of software engineering processes and lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
