About the Role:
Tesla is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver world-class service to our rapidly growing customer base in India. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Tesla owners—handling technical inquiries, roadside assistance, and general support with professionalism and empathy. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Vehicle Service, and Executive teams to ensure every customer’s ownership experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries via calls and emails (24/7 environment).
- Offer technical guidance and roadside assistance to Tesla owners.
- Educate customers to enhance their confidence in operating their Tesla vehicles.
- Record and manage all customer interactions using CRM and Vehicle Support Systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of technical support or call center experience (automotive preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, shift-based environment (24/7/365).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and at least one local Indian language.
- Eagerness to learn new automotive technologies and processes.
