About the Role
Join Tesco India as a Systems Engineer I and be part of a dynamic team driving innovation, scalability, and resilience across large enterprise networks. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple vendors, provide technical expertise, resolve critical incidents, and contribute to network projects that empower millions of Tesco customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support large-scale enterprise networks.
- Operate in a multi-supplier environment.
- Provide on-call support during major incidents.
- Troubleshoot and independently resolve network incidents.
- Drive technical discussions with infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to network infrastructure projects.
- Consult developers and application teams on network-related needs.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
Skills & Experience You’ll Need
Core Networking Skills:
- Juniper & Cisco Routing/Switching
- Mist Wireless
- Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA)
- Forescout – NAC
- Mist Automation / AIOps opportunities
Automation & DevOps (any 2 at intermediate level):
- Python, API, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD, GitLab, Resolve
Tools:
- Cisco ISE (Wi-Fi & Radius)
- Network Performance Monitoring (SolarWinds, etc.)
