About the Role:
We are looking for a Global Service Operations Engineer to join our dynamic Service Assurance team. You’ll troubleshoot and manage IP and transmission circuits across products such as GPVN, ILL, and IZO-SDWAN, ensuring uptime, reliability, and seamless network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Layer 2/3 Routing, Switching, and SDWAN.
- Handle team escalations and provide effective communication during incidents.
- Ensure timely failover and system recovery during outages.
- Work as a shift lead to deliver operational excellence.
- Identify and suggest improvements in service delivery and performance.
- Learn and implement advanced network techniques for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IP Networking, MPLS, Internet Protocols, and Transmission Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco equipment and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with GVPN, SDWAN, and Internet Leased Line (ILL) services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
