Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional engineering projects across diverse tech stacks.
- Provide insightful feedback during code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance for millions of users.
- Learn to own projects end-to-end, building leadership and project management capabilities.
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and prototype early-stage products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field (by Summer 2026).
- Hands-on experience with coding through projects or coursework.
- Familiarity with Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go (language flexibility encouraged).
- Experience in collaborative or internship-based development environments.
- Strong ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of large-scale codebases and safe deployment practices.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and web service architecture.
- Experience in code review and production system maintenance.
Work Environment
- Hybrid flexibility: minimum 50% in-office each month (location dependent).
