Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global client environments to ensure smooth application and system performance.
- Validate system readiness before and after global market sessions.
- Monitor FIX connectivity and resolve or escalate alerts efficiently.
- Support client communications through email and phone for updates and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate high-priority issues to senior analysts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Learn and utilize internal monitoring tools and industry-standard platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, especially night shifts, to support global trading markets.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and occasional weekend availability.
