About the Role
S&P Global’s OSTTRA division is hiring a Sr. Operations Analysis Analyst to support the triResolve OTC derivative portfolio reconciliation service. In this client-facing operations role, you will ensure seamless service delivery, support global financial institutions, and contribute to post-trade innovation across global markets.
About the Team
You will join the triResolve Client Services team—OSTTRA’s first line of support for major financial institutions worldwide. The team collaborates with product, development, business management, and sales functions to maintain smooth operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Impact of the Role
As part of the Client Services team, you will contribute directly to optimizing post-trade workflows, ensuring clients are supported with accurate reconciliation, timely guidance, and ongoing enhancements to the triResolve service. This role is essential in improving service performance, reducing operational risk, and supporting global post-trade infrastructures.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Client Onboarding & Support
- Onboard new clients/funds and introduce them to new triResolve workflows
- Provide daily assistance via email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Handle trade data normalization and manage reconciliation outputs
- Investigate mismatches and ensure accurate, structured service delivery
Customer Success & Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success teams to maintain positive client relationships
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and market developments affecting client usage
- Gather feedback and support development of new functionalities
Workflow & Productivity Improvements
- Discuss internal feature requests and contribute to product enhancements
- Work closely with developers and Product Management for requirement gathering and UAT
- Participate in process improvements to maximize product efficiency

- Strong trade data interpretation abilities
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and explain them clearly
- Proficiency with advanced spreadsheet tools and text editors
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Preferred Knowledge
- Experience with triResolve or similar systems
- Understanding of OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of market and credit risk concepts
