Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer skilled in Development or Testing to support critical technology projects within our expanding team. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support software development, testing, maintenance, and technology-led projects.
- Translate product requirements into clear and actionable plans.
- Drive operational efficiency and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Lead your technology area and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to solution innovations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
- Uphold Southerland’s reputation by ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/BTech (CSE/IT), B.Sc (Computers), BCA/MCA, or similar IT degrees.
- Domain Expertise: Healthcare IT or IT Services Delivery preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent time-management
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset
- Ownership-driven and team-oriented
- Experience: Relevant industry experience in a similar development or testing role.
