Role: Software Engineer I
As a Software Engineer I, you will work on high-impact projects from day one. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about AI, scalable systems, and full-stack development who want to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Ship production code weekly across Python, Go-based services, and a React/Next.js frontend that screens millions of candidates.
- Design and build new microservices for real-time ranking, interview analytics, and large-scale payment systems.
- Work with LLM-powered agents, profiling, testing, and improving performance with guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate directly with users—turning pain points into technical specifications and delivering end-to-end features.
- Contribute to scalable, reliable systems powering millions of hiring decisions worldwide.
