Job Description
As a Software Engineer I B, you will be part of diverse technology domains including development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure operations, production support, and cyber security.
You’ll collaborate with global teams across the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC, working on technologies like AI, ML, Hadoop, Python, Scala, Pega, .NET, Java, Angular, React, Cassandra, Tableau, ETL, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
Development
- Build FinTech solutions for banking, trading, and finance.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work in Agile cycles, adopt TDD (Test Driven Development), and participate in hackathons & innovation programs.
Business Analysis
- Capture and analyze business/functional requirements.
- Document designs and workflows using Visio, wireframing & mockup tools.
- Recommend solutions delivering measurable client value.
Testing
- Perform functional, technical, load, failover & operational testing.
- Work with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, JIRA, TOSCA.
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for application releases.
Infrastructure Operations
- Support environment setup, build coordination, and technical support.
- Manage configuration, migrations, installations, and escalated issues.
- Exposure to SVN, Jenkins, Citrix, Oracle, Unix, SQL Servers.
Production Support
- Provide 24/7 monitoring and incident management.
- Ensure high application availability & performance.
- Work with Geneos, Sybase, Tibco, Appwatch, PEGA, SQL Server.
Cyber Security Defense
- Support incident response, vulnerability assessments, and identity management.
- Work with DLP, Data Classification tools, Splunk, SIEM (ArcSight).
Cyber Security Technology
- Define and implement security roadmaps.
- Develop DevSecOps pipelines & secure container solutions.
- Perform risk assessments, penetration testing & secure software design.
