About the Role
Société Générale is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to support innovation, digital transformation, and organizational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define business requirements, design future-state processes, and drive the successful rollout of digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and analyze As-Is and To-Be functional specifications using GPS (Global Process Structure).
- Capture stakeholder needs and translate them into clear user stories and business artifacts.
- Facilitate workshops with global teams to gather requirements and define improved processes.
- Ensure user stories are accurately mapped to business processes and KPIs.
- Define acceptance criteria and support development teams in building measurement frameworks.
- Analyze product data and work with product managers to optimize global processes.
- Support development teams in designing technology solutions based on requirements.
- Assist in rolling out new digital products and enhancements.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live training.
- Provide ongoing support that may lead to new improvements and user stories.
- Stay updated on technology trends and occasionally fill in for Product Managers or Scrum Masters.
Profile Requirements
- Ability to integrate multiple systems and align needs across teams.
- Hands-on experience running UAT, training sessions, and post-deployment support.
- Strong understanding of product KPIs, process mapping, and digital solution design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
