Position Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will manage vendor invoices, perform month-end activities, and ensure accurate financial processing in line with our SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through emails and calls efficiently.
- Gather necessary details from requestors and department SPOCs for vendor invoice processing and JLC.
- Ensure adherence to process transactions as per SOP guidance and contribute to SOP updates.
- Perform daily/monthly controls and month-end closing activities.
- Provide data input for Monthly Governance meetings.
- Work with 50–60% autonomy while coordinating with liaison managers and internal teams.
Required Profile:
- Education: B.Com Graduate
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
