About the Role
Societe Generale is hiring an Analyst – Banking Operations Processing to support our cash management back-office operations. This role focuses on accurately recording, updating, and validating cash management contracts for major clients across France and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, implement, and update national & international cash management product contracts in dedicated tools.
- Record all operational steps until final contract validation.
- Collaborate with SG Implementation and Commercial teams for contract follow-ups.
- Contribute to the drafting and review of SOPs, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Support shared messaging workflows and team phone lines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and tools.
- Deliver high-quality service levels (SLAs) to minimize operational risks and customer escalations.
- Immediately notify French teams in case of issues to maintain compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and operational rigor
- Customer-centric mindset
- Analytical ability to interpret contracts
- Knowledge sharing and collaborative approach
- French language skills (added advantage)
- Knowledge of payment methods and SG tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Education & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate from a reputed university
- Prior relevant experience in banking operations preferred
