About the Role
Societe Generale is hiring an Analyst – Banking Operations Processing to support its global investment banking operations. This role involves handling trade processing, settlements, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and corporate action validations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Trades, Settlements, and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions.
- Manage Subscriptions & Redemptions.
- Process and validate Corporate Actions, assess market impact, and update valuations.
- Perform cash and investment reconciliation and review market values.
- Validate securities valuation in line with pricing policies.
- Review expense & fee accruals, including performance fee calculations.
- Identify, analyze, and justify material variances.
- Collaborate with onsite/global partners for clarifications and resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify process issues and contribute to robust solutions.
Required Profile
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and market analytics tools.
- Experience in the Investment Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience in Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation.
