About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborate with global teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll also participate in Agile ceremonies, improve automation processes, and ensure reliable data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, reusable code following software craftsmanship and Agile best practices.
- Create and maintain test cases, perform release validations, and produce detailed defect reports.
- Implement and support APIs, data access rules, and automation frameworks.
- Work with senior developers to manage and maintain test suites and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support data models, data dictionary, metadata processes, and data pipeline standards.
- Collaborate with international teams and contribute to chapter and Agile meetings.
Technical Skills Required
- Programming: Scala, Shell
- Data Processing: Spark, SQL
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Hive, Starburst
- Big Data: Hadoop, Kafka
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Control-M
- Practices: Agile methodology, backlog management, collaborative development
