Position: Social Media Intern
We’re seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and motivated Social Media Intern to join our Growth & Marketing team. If you have a passion for digital content, love experimenting with new trends, and want to grow your career in social media marketing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging visuals, videos, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Posting & Scheduling: Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice using social media scheduling tools.
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments, DMs, and engage with our followers to build stronger relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar tools, and suggest improvements.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and competitors’ activities to bring fresh ideas.
- Campaign Support: Help execute promotions, influencer collaborations, and social contests.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams to ensure brand alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with tools like Buffer or Hootsuite is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or work experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt content to RentoMojo’s tone and style.
