About the Role
We are seeking a motivated SEO / BAM Specialist (Associate/Executive) to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization to enhance visibility, traffic, and profitability for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to boost search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into website content and marketing materials.
- Set measurable goals to evaluate and improve SEO efforts.
- Track and analyze daily performance metrics to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment on SEO initiatives.
- Create compelling, SEO-driven content such as blogs, landing pages, and descriptions.
- Update content and internal linking structure for maximum visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–1 year of experience in SEO campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, keyword/data mining tools).
- Experience in competitive analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Bonus: Exposure to other marketing areas such as customer growth and promotions.
