Role: Software Engineering AMTS
As an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS), you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions that empower millions of Salesforce customers worldwide.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, implement, and test scalable features and products
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to build customer-loved features
- Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, and unit/functional tests
- Ensure product scalability, stability, and security
- Leverage telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech graduating in 2026 (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or related with Computer Science specialization)
- CGPA: 7.0 and above, with no active backlogs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Self-starter with strong motivation and learning mindset
- Familiarity with automation, test frameworks, and metrics-driven development is a plus
