About the Role
As a Trainee in Workforce Management, you will support real-time operations and learn how to optimize staffing, service levels, and productivity across global contact center teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to WFM metrics, tools, dashboards, and decision-making processes under the guidance of senior WFM specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring real-time performance for voice, chat, and email channels.
- Track agent schedules, adherence, occupancy, and service levels.
- Support creation and maintenance of daily/weekly reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Shadow seasoned WFM analysts to understand escalation and intraday management.
- Manage attendance logs, schedule exceptions, and agent activity updates.
- Participate in continuous training, learning programs, and on-the-job coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of contact center workflows or WFM metrics (AHT, Service Level, Occupancy).
- Interest in data analysis or statistics.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Team-oriented, proactive attitude.
