Role Overview
As an Analyst, Technical Support, you will be responsible for coordinating Workforce Management and BPO partner operations. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, managing system access, supporting CS applications, and driving seamless internal communications during outages. You will work closely with IT teams and leadership to provide exceptional internal customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Provide 1st level technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Manage account, access, and licensing administration for associates & partners
- Troubleshoot desktop applications and virtual desktop environments (Island/Azure preferred)
- Support contact center omnichannel and voice solutions
- Assist with incident management and outage communications
- Execute real-time schedule adjustments for internal staff
- Collaborate with vendors for 3rd-party application support
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Contribute to data and time management initiatives
- Coordinate with Workforce Management team and BPO agents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (US/UK voice process preferred)
- Knowledge of desktop application troubleshooting
- Experience with virtual desktop environments (Island, Azure)
- Strong dependability, reliability & flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Excellent verbal communication & multitasking skills
- High sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Graduate/Undergraduate from a recognized university
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- BCA or equivalent degree
- Prior experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role
