About rtCamp
rtCamp is seeking passionate and curious Associate React Engineers who have strong JavaScript and React fundamentals and a desire to grow in open-source and enterprise-grade software development. This role includes a structured 6-month training and probation program, with opportunities for accelerated promotion based on performance.
Role Overview
As an Associate React Engineer, you’ll begin your journey by mastering advanced React concepts, contributing to open-source projects, and collaborating with senior engineers on real-world client applications. If you’re eager to learn, build, and innovate—this role is your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
Months 1–6 (Probation & Training Program):
- Month 1: Learn advanced React frameworks with full guidance.
- Months 2–3: Build and contribute to open-source React-based projects.
- Months 4–6: Work with senior engineers on internal and client projects.
- Use AI code-assistance responsibly—be ready to explain logic, architecture, and decisions.
- All code is human-reviewed by senior engineers.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong foundation in JavaScript & React
- Curiosity to learn Next.js and modern frameworks
- Experience or interest in open-source contributions
- Solid problem-solving & communication skills
Good to Have
- Prior web development experience
- Experience with Next.js
- Basic familiarity with backend tech (PHP/Python)
Compensation

Total CTC: 12 LPA
Eligibility
- Open to CS/IT/CE students or professionals switching roles
- Must have an active GitHub profile with quality pull requests
- Availability to join between Nov 2025 – July 2026
