Role Overview:
RSA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 1 to join its global support team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collaborating with field teams, and ensuring an exceptional support experience for clients using RSA’s cutting-edge authentication and identity products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a remote customer advocate and deliver outstanding support through email, phone, and remote sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in customer conference calls and ensure clear communication throughout the issue-resolution process.
- Contribute to RSA’s Knowledge Base and support forums.
- Manage case queues and provide timely follow-ups.
- Participate in shift-based operations, including weekends and on-call rotations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking, web applications, SQL databases, and APIs is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and hybrid schedules.
