About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate FinCrime Analyst (KYB) to join our dynamic Financial Crime team. In this role, you’ll use analytical and compliance skills to detect, investigate, and prevent financial crime in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) checks and financial crime risk assessments
- Review KYB documentation to ensure policy compliance
- Identify, analyze, and escalate suspicious transactions or activities
- Collaborate across compliance teams to solve complex cases
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity
- Work in shifts (including nights/weekends) with full compensation
Requirements
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Nice to Have
- Additional language fluency
- Experience in AML, KYB, or Risk roles within financial institutions
