Role Overview:
As an Analyst – Financial Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth payment, settlement, and refund operations. You’ll collaborate closely with banks, customers, and internal teams to reconcile transactions, resolve issues, and maintain operational efficiency across financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle queries related to settlements, refunds, and payments from merchants, banks, and customers.
- Coordinate with banks for refund and settlement resolutions.
- Partner with the Finance team for reconciliation and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Support, Tech, and Sales teams for issue resolution.
- Manage ticket queues via FreshDesk, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce or Finance preferred).
- Proven reconciliation experience (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability.
