Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst passionate about SharePoint, Active Directory mapping, and Information Management. You’ll play a vital role in driving data integrity, retention strategy, and metadata governance across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint & AD Analysis: Identify and map users’ activity and access levels, producing detailed reports.
- Retention Policy Development: Collaborate with departments to gather information types and create a retention framework.
- Metadata Optimization: Review, refine, and report on metadata relevancy within the SharePoint Term Store.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to align data strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience with SharePoint and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Information Management, metadata, and data lifecycle practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (preferred).
