About the Role:
PwC is hiring a Network Operations Center / Incident Management Associate (Analyst) to join our Operate team. In this role, you’ll be part of PwC’s infrastructure and cloud operations division, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable IT and network systems that empower business continuity and client success.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring network performance, resolving incidents, and optimizing cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
- Conduct regular network maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Support Level 2/3 incident resolution within established SLA frameworks.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement policies and best practices.
- Work with vendors and IT personnel for escalations and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in network engineering or incident management.
- Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP preferred.
- Deep knowledge of protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IPSEC, HSRP, 802.11, and QoS.
- Solid understanding of OSI/TCP-IP models.
- Experience with network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
