Role Overview
As a Network Operations Center/Incident Management Associate, you’ll play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing network and cloud infrastructure. You’ll monitor performance, resolve incidents, and implement industry-leading network and cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and install network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, QoS).
- Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and security patching.
- Monitor performance to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Conduct system diagnostics and capacity planning.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot network issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure operational success.
- Maintain compliance with configuration and change management policies.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in network engineering.
- Certifications: CCNP (CCIE/CISSP highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, QoS, 802.11).
- Proficiency in network monitoring and analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
