About the Role
PwC India is seeking a Finance Analyst (Operational Excellence) within the Internal Firm Services (IFS) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving financial efficiency, compliance, and operational improvements. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about finance, analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily financial operations, including transaction processing and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Work within ERP systems to ensure smooth process flow and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to SLA targets and support process excellence.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues effectively.
Required Skills:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Financial Reporting & Excel
- Invoice Management & Data Analysis
Preferred Skills:
- Finance and Accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Education & Experience:
- Qualification: B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, or PGDM
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
