Role Overview
We’re looking for a NOC Analyst to join our global Technical Operations team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, 24×7 NOC/SOC environment ensuring system uptime, managing alerts, and resolving technical incidents efficiently. Working closely with engineering teams, you’ll deliver proactive support and exceptional service to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Plume’s cloud-based platform, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Triage, route, and resolve incidents raised by customers and employees.
- Execute MOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for issue remediation.
- Investigate and troubleshoot using tools like Grafana, Kibana, Jira, and Slack.
- Collaborate with global NOC teams for effective handovers and process improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to product and process enhancements to boost efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in Linux, Cloud, Networking, or WiFi environments.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical experience.
