About the Role
Persist Ventures is seeking a Full Stack Developer who’s passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js. You’ll work across the stack — designing robust APIs, creating engaging UI components, and optimizing performance for production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain a modular Next.js project structure.
- Build reusable React components and responsive front-end interfaces.
- Develop and deploy scalable Node.js backend servers.
- Implement RESTful APIs using Express.js for data handling.
- Integrate APIs seamlessly with databases and front-end applications.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams.
- Test, debug, and document production-ready code.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Proficiency with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience with API integration, version control (Git), and deployment.
- Solid understanding of server environments and code optimization.
