About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Managed Services Information Security Analyst to join our global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC) team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response, while supporting world-class clients across industries.
You will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to enhance security operations, optimize SIEM platforms, and respond to incidents with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on client security data to detect and mitigate threats.
- Support security incident detection, response, and event reporting.
- Perform malware analysis, network forensics, and endpoint investigations.
- Collaborate within the global 24/7 Cyber Defense Centre on rotational shifts.
- Tune and optimize security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, Proxy, Firewall, SOAR).
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Support knowledge sharing and process improvements across the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCNA, or similar.
- Experience: Entry-level experience in SOC operations, SIEM analysis, or incident response.
- Familiarity with Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy, EDR, NDR, and other security tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
