About the Role
NetApp is looking for a talented Software Engineer (Java) to join our team in India. You’ll work with cutting-edge cloud and container technologies, building scalable, reliable systems that power intelligent data infrastructure worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software products across their lifecycle.
- Work with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud-based environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performing, cloud-scale systems.
- Contribute to discussions on design, development plans, and product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or React.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and any major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with storage systems, networking concepts, and Linux/Unix.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
