Role: Trainee
We are seeking motivated Trainees to join our growing team in South Asia. This is a remote role offering exposure to digital transformation, banking/insurance domains, and innovative product engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve analytical and business challenges
- Leverage MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data-driven decision making
- Conduct research, analyze results, and apply learnings to real-world scenarios
- Deliver insights with empathy and customer-first thinking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBA with specialization in Banking or Insurance (preferred)
- Undergraduate degree in technology (preferred)
- Programming knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and research skills
- Understanding of data usage in business decision-making
