About the Program
The Mthree Graduate Recruitment Program provides 6–10 weeks of paid training at the Mthree Academy, followed by a 12–24 month client placement with leading investment banks and enterprise organizations. You receive continuous support, salary increments every 9 months, and long-term career opportunities—all with zero exit fees.
Role Overview
As an Mthree Graduate Alumni, you will contribute to designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable software applications and enterprise systems. You will work across global teams on critical platforms such as algorithmic trading engines, data reporting modules, and regulatory systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain custom technology solutions
- Work on scalable and production-ready applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software systems
- Collaborate with global teams on live financial and enterprise platforms
- Support systems such as trading engines and regulatory reporting tools
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or STEM fields
- 60% aggregate or above with no active backlogs
- Strong knowledge in Java/Python/C/C++
- Understanding of SDLC, OOP, data structures, design patterns, multithreading
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD)
- Competitive coding experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
