Role Overview: Associate Operations Analyst

As an Associate Operations Analyst, you will provide tactical and process support to the Global Sales Operations team. You’ll work with Salesforce, contracts, client entitlement data, and subscription management, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting account executives and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process closed contracts and opportunities in Salesforce through booked-verification processes.
  • Manage contracts, entitlement data, and subscriptions via Salesforce CPQ.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Support client-facing teams with forecast updates, account transfers, and booking attributions.
  • Handle miscellaneous requests within the Global Sales Operations team.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives to strengthen global sales processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate with 0–7 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Contract Management.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Aptus CPQ/CLM is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
