Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our client’s team remotely. You’ll be part of the Cloud Development Services team, supporting GCP infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and containerized environments while working with modern tools like Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Helm.
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure
- Assist in ensuring cloud service scalability, reliability, and performance
- Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipeline design and optimization
- Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and Helm for deployment automation
- Write and maintain automation scripts (Python a plus)
- Monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK
- Collaborate with global teams across India and Portugal
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform Engineering (internship/project experience considered)
- Exposure to GCP services (compute, networking, IAM)
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes & container orchestration
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts & GitLab pipelines
- Strong Linux fundamentals & system administration skills
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Helm, Argo CD, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
